Jeremiah Yates, PT, DPT

I have been providing physical therapy for over 13 years for all age groups initially in a private practice pediatric clinic and currently in a critical access hospital in a rural setting. My current patient population is mixture of outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, and pediatrics as well as hospital inpatient/swing-bed patients. I also provide school based physical therapy in the community. I am involved in the hospital emergency preparedness efforts as coordinator of Emergency Preparedness Services where we plan and prepare for unexpected events that may challenge the daily business operations. My wife, Minon, and I have been married for a while now and have 4 children at home who enjoy a wide range of activities. We enjoy living and working with our friends in the Magic Valley.
